I am giving this a 7.0/10
because I wanted to watch Kate Beckinsale. A film franchise will
always find it difficult to top the previous instalment unless the
story line is exceptional and this particular update does not quite
make it.
My impressions:

Others are just spoils of the war
Dispensable, of no value
They want it all, with whatever means
