The hours when daylight
turns into nightfall
Not a good time to be
outdoors
As there are other beings
waiting to play
Children are thought to be
indoors
As a precaution
That their playmates do
not enter the realm of humans
But what can one do
When it is your destiny
To be a part of the other
world
Through no fault of your
own
And the time has come
That you take your place
Inherit the gift
Like it or not
It searches, it wants the
rightful owner
To take over
A temporary abode is not
what it wants
Patiently it waits until
the time comes
