Despair
Not knowing where to seek help

Wealth and security
Until someone special, who cares
Understands, loves you for what you are
Comes into your life
Then the world spins
You do try
Making a semblance of effort
To align the past with present
And the future
But when one man is besotted, would not accept
That you no longer belong to him
Trouble starts, hatred and anger spews forth
