A delightful farce with
Ennio Morricone's score regularly punctuating scene after scene
throughout the film. The main storyline is about a murder but we are
also regaled with the political scene in the late 1960s Italy. The
film deserves an 8.0/10.
My impressions:
A fling, an affair
The games they play became
more dangerous
Until death, a murder is
committed
He is powerful
Everyone is beholden to
him
Many at his beck and call
He uses and toys with them
His version of the cat and
mouse game
Trying to see
Whether they will take the
bait
Finding the murderer
He tries to divert the
attention
To other suspects
Knowing full well
He is safe
But he wants to be
discovered
To be cured of his
sickness
Others are just too
ignorant, careless
That he is the one
They are looking for
